Juan Carlos Limones, a Galapagueño with a robust background as an electrical engineer from the Polytechnic Salesian University, joined the Charles Darwin Foundation in June 2023. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager, he holds the responsibility of ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, thereby making significant contributions to the success of the Foundation's conservation and research projects.

In his leadership role, Juan fosters a collaborative team environment, encouraging each member to contribute their skills to optimize daily processes. His dedication to the mission of the Charles Darwin Foundation is unwavering, and he is enthusiastic about contributing to the maintenance of an environment conducive to research and conservation.
