Marta Romoleroux
Visiting Scientists Program Manager
Marta has held various positions at the CDF overthe past decades. Since January 2016, she has been managing the Visiting Scientists Program. In this role, she assists visiting scientists with the processes required by the Galapagos National Park Directorate to develop research projects in the protected areas of the Galapagos. She is responsible for managing and overseeing the migratory processes established by the Consejo de Gobierno de Galapagos, ensuring that visiting scientists can carry out the necessary research activities for their projects.
Marta also coordinates logistical and administrative arrangements to fulfill the research objectives of visiting scientists. Born in Quito, she became a permanent resident of Galápagos in 1991.
