Nathaly Padilla

Legal Advisor

Nathaly Padilla is deeply passionate about nature and environmental conservation. She holds a law degree from the San Francisco University of Quito and is currently pursuing a Master's in Rights of Nature and Intercultural Justice. Throughout her career, she has worked in both public and private sectors, as well as in for-profit and non-profit organizations. In July 2024, she joined the Charles Darwin Foundation as a Legal Advisor.

Born and raised in the Galapagos, Nathaly grew up in close connection with the region's unique wildlife and protected ecosystems. She believes that law is a powerful tool for fostering a harmonious relationship between humanity and nature.
