International Trade Engineer with a Master Degree in Port Management and Intermodal Transport, experience in logistic, supply chain, inventory and personnel management, with good interpersonal relationships. High ethical sense, service-oriented leadership and committed to accomplish objectives. Also experience gained in petroleum sector and international traineeship in maritime cargo transport. Oliver joined the CDF team in March 2024 as responsible of public procurement and acquisitions.
