With over a decade of experience in comprehensive warehouse management, Roxana, a Business Administration Technologist, joined the Charles Darwin Foundation in February 2022 as the Warehouse Manager. Her professional journey boasts a successful career trajectory within the hotel sector, where she assumed diverse roles, accumulating extensive expertise in managing operational areas such as logistics, procurement, human resources, supervision, and coordination.

Throughout her career, Roxana's collaborative approach and strong teamwork skills have been instrumental in efficiently executing projects. In her current role, she focuses on optimizing warehouse management through effective strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

As the Warehouse Manager, Roxana's responsibilities encompass overseeing the main warehouse, managing assets and inventory, as well as creating and updating policies and procedures. She places a strong emphasis on organization as a key element in achieving success in her daily tasks.
